We pack your furniture in 5 layer packaging material to ensure that you get your Product scratch and hassle free.
Procedure:-
- Furniture may be in single piece or many. We pack all pieces separately so that each part protect by packaging individually.
- First we cover with bubble wrap followed by hitlon then a dry glass and a nylon wrap.
- Then 10mm ply/wooden box is made, stuffed with paper scrape on all sides, finally iron / plastic striping is done on it.
Shipping Policy
We use market leading renowned companies like Safexpress and GATI for delivery of our products. We will share your order tracking number with you so that you can check the transit status of your order online.

Damaged Product Policy
•In the rare event that a product is received in a damaged condition, customers are required to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
•Customers should provide photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging for our records.
•Upon verification of the damage, WoodenCityCrafts will initiate a recommended steps.
•If the damage is confirmed, WoodenCityCrafts will provide an arrangement to repair the product or replace if the damage can not repaired.
•For return shipping of damaged items, customers may be requested to send back the product as per the instructions provided by our customer support team.
•Please note that the damaged product should be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation provided.
•The refund process for damaged items may take up to 2 Days after the return has been received and inspected by our team.
•Woodencitycrafts.com reserves the right to assess the damage and determine the eligibility for refunds based on the provided evidence and return of the damaged product.
Overseas Damaged Product and Insurance
Wooden City Crafts Ships/Courier the cargo with the third party insurance bound between port to port. If there is any unforeseen incident, ship/Aircraft sinks, container falls off the ship/Aircraft or cargo lost due to reasons beyond our control like floods, fire, wars, strikes, pandemic etc. then Wooden City Crafts will claim the refund to the insurance company and return approximate 75% of the cargo value to the consignee.
Important Notes:
Wooden City Crafts will be responsible for your delivery to your address outside your premises, on the ground. Our promise ends here once you accept the delivery.
Make sure arrange a safe movement of your product inside the premises. Wooden City Crafts not responsible if there any damage while shifting the product.
